Hillcrest is a spacious three bedroom detached house that sleeps a maximum of 5 people and has full gas radiator central heating.

Parking There is ample safe parking on the road directly outside the house.

Entrance Hall with stand for shoes and coats.

The Lounge is large with plenty of natural light, comfortable sofas, TV with Freeview, DVD player, CD/Radio system, electric coal effect fire and access through the patio doors to the rear South facing garden.

Kitchen/Breakfast Room with fridge freezer, electric double oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. The breakfast area has table and chairs to seat four.

Dining Room has a traditional style and the large table seats six, with Victorian coal effect gas fire and panoramic views towards North Hill.

Upstairs Accommodation

Bedroom 1 is the spacious master bedroom with double bed, large fitted wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with roll top bath, WC, hand basin and corner glass shower unit with electric shower.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, built in wardrobe and great views to the sea and North Hill.

Bedroom 3 is to the rear of the house and has one single bed, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet and views over back garden.

Shower Room has shower, WC and hand basin.

Outside Space

Rear Garden A well maintained and mature south facing private garden with terraces laid out to decking, lawns and paved areas, it is a real sun trap on any sunny day throughout the year. Patio garden furniture is supplied for al fresco meals or just relaxing.
