Important Information: Due to steps and terraces Hillcrest is unsuitable for children under 10 years of age and anyone unable to climb stairs unattended.

Arrival/Departure Information

Changeover Day This is always on a Saturday and we ask that you vacate Hillcrest by 10am. The house will be cleaned ready for the next arrival at 3pm.

Keys We will be there to welcome you on your arrival, so please let us know if you are going to be late so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

Linen & Towels Bath/hand towels and bed linen is provided. Sheets and towels will be changed the following Saturday at 11am on a two week holiday. No towels are to be taken from the house therefore you will need to bring your own beach towels with you.

Phone There is no phone in the house but mobile reception is good for most networks, there is a public coin operated phone box at the bottom of the road.

Hillcrest Property No items are to be removed from the property, this includes; towels, electrical equipment radios, TVs etc. and kitchen equipment.
